Manage all branch functions and personnel at a high level. Responsible for the day-to-day performance of the branch and supervision of all managers. Maximize customer satisfaction by creating and maintaining timely, high quality service operations at competitive costs, while maintaining sufficient profit margins and professional image for SSMH.
Provide client relationship management and business development support to the Systems Division. This role is responsible for providing technical expertise and market analysis to help maintain and support current customers' needs while actively growing market share and identifying opportunities for systems and automation solutions.
