When your operation reaches a certain size, it just makes sense to have an in-house training expert. Our train the trainer course is a full-day program where supervisors and managers from your company can become forklift and/or Aerial Work Platform (AWP) safety instructors. Once certified, you can conduct in-house forklift training and issue certifications for your staff.

No, OSHA requires training on different classes of trucks. If an operator was trained to use a stand-up truck and is being asked to operate a sit-down truck, s/he needs additional training. If you brought in a sit-down truck to replace a similar sit-down truck and the only difference is the manufacturer, retraining is not required.
