Payroll and HR Admin
-Payroll and recruiting assistance to HR Manager.
-Engage with client group in the execution of performance management practices, talent acquisition and retention, employee development, employee relations, compensation review, learning and development, diversity efforts, and recognition.
-Process biweekly payroll for 4 companies and 190 employees.
-Resolve moderately complex HR issues conferring with managers on complex and highly sensitive issues.
-Provide advice and guidance to employees in all HR areas ensuring the management population is kept updated on laws and policies.
-Provide advice on policy issues and employment law risk is effectively managed.
-Responsible for various HR projects, ad hoc requests and initiatives for management group, including headcount analytics, VOE, staffing plans and strategies and other issues.
-Assess existing structure and suggest solutions to better align people resources with business strategy (right people in right jobs).
-Drive HR capability by partnering with other members of the Management team to develop and implement new and/or improved programs and processes.
-Manage approvals for various policies and programs such as pto requests, leave of absence, etc.
-Counsel employees on various topics, while balancing employer advocacy role.
-Cultivate internal and external relationships in support of business and HR goals. Establish strong working partnerships with management team, employees,
-3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field/equivalent experience
-Strong technical skills, including significant experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word, and knowledge of HR systems. ADP Totalsource experiences preferred with ezlm, escreen, screening and selection.
-Able to manage high volume workload and have a flexible approach (with flexibility to work extended hours during peak times).
